Romeo Santos

 Romeo Santos, also known as the King of Bachata, is a global sensation. Born in the Bronx, New York, born to Dominican Parents, Romeo is the king of blending elements of traditional bachata with R&B, hip-hop, and pop, creating a sound that has garnered him millions of fans worldwide. 

Just like Kali Uchis, Romeo Santos is a master at blending Spanish and English lyrics. His music is known for its romantic themes. Santos' lyrics often explore the themes of love, heartbreak, and relationships, and are delivered with his signature smooth and sultry voice. The mixture of R&B, bachata, and being bilingual created an opportunity for Romeo to collaborate with top artists such as Usher, Drake, and Nicki Minaj. Without sounding like too much of a broken record, we have probably the highest and best example of a bilingual artist that has bridged different cultures and musical genres.
